This Privacy Notice applies to the information that Moreda Consulting
collects from its customers in connection with services they receive from
Moreda Consulting including use of our moredaconsulting.net website,
use of our Cisco WebEx (R) website, Moreda Consulting classes,
consulting, subscriptions to Moreda Consulting newsletters, and other
online and offline services provided by Moreda Consulting.
Information We Collect, and Why
In order to deliver services you sign up for, we need to collect personal
information such as your name, email address, and telephone number.
We may also collect other personal information. We may collect
information about when you use our services, and where, for example, to
schedule a consultation at your site. To provide you with excellent service,
we may also collect information about you, your company, your finances,
and your project through you or a third party. For example, we may look up
driving directions to your facility through Google maps. When you give us
other information we may also need to collect that information.
How Your Information Is Used, and Why
Administrative and Business Purposes
We may use this personal information to manage your account with us,
provide you with services, provide you with notices, provide you with a
contract or change order, email you a newsletter, send to you other notices
you may have signed up for, provide you with services, or send bills to you.
Marketing Communications
At times, but typically very rarely (perhaps once per year or less on
average), we may use this information to sent you promotional offers about
services that we offer. We typically do this through an email that, to receive,
you must typically self-subscribe to.
Parties With Whom We May Share Your Personal Information, and Why
Service Providers
We may provide or assist you in providing personal information to 3rd-party
service providers so that they can perform functions. A good example of
when this may occur would be if we were on a conference call with Intuit
Inc to upgrade your QuickBooks software (R).
Other Disclosures
We may disclose personal information to a government authority pursuant
to law or in response to a facially valid order, search warrant or subpoena;
to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to
detect or prevent criminal activity, fraud, material misrepresentation, or
material nondisclosure; or to protect and defend the rights, property, or
safety of our workers, others, or our organization. We may provide personal
information to a party or a representative of a party to a proposed or
consummated sale, transfer, merger, or consolidation of all or part of our
organization.
